Cheerleading Instructional Video
This video was done for the Valparaiso
cheerleading association. They needed a
video to showcase all the different cheer
demonstrations, warm up exercises,
jumps, and safety precautions. This is a
small excerpt of the entire training video. In
all we covered 62 Cheers, 6 Warms up
exercises, and 7 Jumps.
